+ I'm concerned I may need to reschedule my event date due to Covid19 restrictions - what options are there for me?

Don't worry - we are happy to discuss this with you and reschedule your date for a later time, you won't be charged to reschedule, however a small admin fee may be payable.

+ How far in advance do I need to book?

We generally like at least a month to organise everything for your date. However please do still get in touch if your date is sooner and we will try our best to accommodate you!

+ Are some flowers only available in certain months of the year?

Yes - some flowers may not be available for your chosen date - see our seasonal flower chart here for an idea of what's in season for your event month.

+ Do you have wedding flower packages?

Yes we do - see our Elopement and Small Wedding package options here

+ Do you offer hire items or do I have to buy my vases etc.?

Our packages come with everything we need to make your event look pretty - so that includes vases / urns / styling props etc. Anything extra that you’d like can be discussed upon request!

+ How much will delivery / setup costs be?

Delivery costs include transportation, setup fees and any extras associated with your individual event. These will be discussed with you but you’re generally looking at the vicinity of $300 - $500.

+ How much extra is a weekend surcharge?

Our weekend surcharge is generally about $400

+ Where are you located?

Indie Flowers’ studio is based on the sunny Central Coast of NSW, however we are willing to travel pretty much anywhere!

+ What travel costs need to be covered if you're travelling for our elopement?

When we are travelling for a destination elopement Indie Flowers’ flights, fuel, van hire & accommodation costs need to be covered. These are purely to cover costs and not for our profit or gain. Our service fee is included within our package prices.

+ How do I organise a consultation?

Our consultations are done over the phone or Zoom and we then continue to correspond via email. We will always call you a few weeks prior to your event date to finalise any finer details. We can meet face to face upon request at a small surcharge - please email us here to get in touch.

+ Will you deliver my flowers on the day?

Yes - we deliver and set up on the day to ensure our high standards are met.

+ Is there a minimum budget for my wedding flowers?

+ What else do I need to organise for my elopement or micro wedding?

Here a quick list of some of the things you may need to think about organising: Site fees if required Photographer / videographer Celebrant Hair / Makeup artist Music - whether that looks like a band or a stereo Catering - grazing food, hot food, drinks alcohol Lighting - do you need to string up some fairy lights or the like? Tables and seating for guests - we can help here!
